The session, aimed at empowering women and raising awareness about gender-based violence, witnessed a significant turnout of women, including JKRLM Cluster Coordinators, Mobilisers, Management Information System Multitasking staff, and members of surrounding communities.

The session featured an insightful presentation by Advocate Meenu Padha, a prominent legal expert from the High Court. She provided a thorough overview of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, shedding light on its key provisions and the mechanisms available for women to seek justice.
