Jharkhand Triumphs as U-17 Girls Football Champions at the 68th National School Games

The 68th National School Games 2024-25, featuring four exciting sports disciplines—Judo, Fencing, Wushu, and Football—reached a grand conclusion with a spectacular valedictory ceremony held at the General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu.

Minister Satish Sharma Closes the Event
The event was officially declared closed by the Minister for Youth Services and Sports, FCS&CA, and Transport, Satish Sharma. The ceremony marked the end of an action-packed month that witnessed over 4,000 athletes and officials from 44 state/UT/organization teams competing at the highest level of school sports in India. The games were organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, J&K, under the patronage of the School Games Federation of India (SGFI).

Jharkhand Shines in Football
Among the most celebrated moments of the event, Jharkhand emerged as the U-17 Girls Football Champion, capturing the hearts of spectators and athletes alike. Their exceptional performance in football added to the overall excitement of the games, reflecting the competitive spirit of the national event.
