Jammu Taekwondo Examination Championship Concludes Successfully

The Jammu Taekwondo Examination Championship, organized by the J&K Sports Taekwondo Association in collaboration with International Delhi Public School Jammu, concluded today. The event witnessed participation from over 150 players representing nine schools, under the supervision of Ronika Rathore.

Honoring Excellence in Taekwondo

The closing ceremony was graced by Vikram Randhawa, MLA Bahu Constituency, J&K BJP, as the chief guest, while Ajay Sharma, SP South Jammu, served as the guest of honour. Other dignitaries, including Dr. Suminder Singh Chug and Madhu Abrol, distributed prizes and certificates to the winners.

Anil Nanda, President of the J&K Sports Taekwondo Association, announced that the students who earned the next rank would be selected for the National Championship in Chandigarh, 2025.

The event also witnessed the presence of notable dignitaries, including Amit Sharma, Fateh Ali, Peetember Tandon, Balbir Mehta, Jaspreet Kour, Sunita Badyal, and Gursimran Kour.
